What the Spray Does Inside the Shingle
New shingles are flexible because they're full of oils. Years of summer sun and wet Vancouver winters dry those oils out. That's when shingles crack, curl and shed their protective granules. Fresh Roof soaks in and rebuilds the asphalt at the molecular level, so the shingle acts young again.

What Happens on Treatment Day
First the roof gets cleaned. Moss removal clears off the growth and debris so the spray can reach the shingles. Then we coat the whole roof surface. It's dry to the touch in two to four hours and keeps rebuilding the shingles for up to 48 hours.
