Two projects tell the story. In Vancouver, our Fresh Roof treatment saved a homeowner from a forced roof replacement. In Portland, we cleared a mossy roof and cleaned the gutters, inside and out, on a three-story home.

The Roof the Insurance Company Wanted Replaced
Brady got the letter no homeowner wants: replace the roof or lose coverage. We had a better answer. We removed the moss, applied our Fresh Roof treatment, and handed over a written 6-year warranty. Portland gets the same wet winters we do, and this three-story home showed it. We treated the mossy roof with our biodegradable product, cleaned the gutters inside and out, and flushed every downspout. Moss removal and gutter cleaning make a natural pair.
